What number do I use to track my shipment?
Use the container number, bill of lading number or air waybill number from your Faster Freight booking. If your representative gave you a reference starting with FF, you can enter that instead.
Where can I find my tracking number?
The container number is printed on the container doors and on your bill of lading. The bill of lading number is at the top of the bill of lading, and the air waybill number is at the top of the air waybill. Your Faster Freight representative shares it with you once the carrier issues it.
Why can't I find my shipment?
Check that the number matches your documents exactly. New bookings appear once the carrier has issued its reference and our team has added it to our system. If your shipment still does not show, call us at +1 (888) 310-1917.
What details does shipment tracking show?
Your tracking result shows the freight provider carrying your cargo, the origin and destination, the shipment date and the expected arrival date.
Can I also track my shipment on the carrier's website?
Yes. Container, bill of lading and air waybill numbers can also be tracked on the carrier's own website. Your tracking result shows which freight provider is handling your shipment.
